It is mandatory that All Stallholders or Persons that are participating or working or volunteer or accessing the Event Site are to be covered by some form of Volunteers Workers Insurance or Public Liability Insurance.

If you are not covered for a Volunteers Workers Insurance or Public Liability Insurance Policy each individual Person can become a member of Gladstone Multicultural Association Inc. to be covered by GMAI Volunteers Workers Insurance.

Power can be supplied to the site at no extra cost
All Electric Leads used on the Site must be tested and tagged and be current on the day of use.

A $50 deposit is required for each Marquee.

There are No Stallholders Fees for Information/Display Stalls If you are successful you will receive an email from Organisers.

Note: The site size given is the TOTAL amount of space you will be allocated, including supply vehicle if it is an integral part of the site.

1. You will receive an email from Market Coordinator confirming if your Application has been successful or unsuccessful.

2. If you are successful you will also receive an email from GMAI with an invoice with a link to the payment system for payment of your Total Stallholders Fees.

3. Applications will be considered FINAL once StallHolders Fees are cleared at our end

4. NO REFUNDS will be issued for NO SHOWS – unless the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Allocation of sites is at the sole discretion of Gladstone Multicultural Association Inc and no further correspondence will be entered into.

6. All market stall holders will be required to stay open for the times indicated on the application. No late starts nor early exits will be tolerated.

7. Stallholders must report to the Markets coordinator in RG’s car park upon arrival for bump in.

8. All stallholders at the event shall present and conduct themselves in a manner suitable for a family event. In particular, the use of language or images that may be considered offensive by members of the community will not be accepted. If you believe a part of your presence at the event may breach this code of conduct, please discuss it with GMAI before applying.

9. Gladstone Multicultural Association Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as required. Successful stall applicants will be notified by email of any changes to the terms and conditions.
